The Investment Building is a high-rise building in Washington, D.C. The building rises 13 floors and 154 feet (47 m) in height. The interior renovation & redesign of the building was by architect César Pelli; Pelli also designed the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur. The renovation was completed in 2001. As of July 2008, the structure stands as the 32nd-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with 1310 G Street, 1430 K Street, 1875 K Street, the Wyndham Washington DC, the Executive Tower, 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue the Capital Hilton and the The Westin Washington DC City Center. The building is composed entirely of commercial office space.

  The JPMorgan Chase Building is an office building in San Francisco, California, 560-584 Mission Street, on the border between South of Market and the Financial District. Designed by architect César Pelli, the building stands 128.02 m (420.0 ft) and has about 655,000 square feet (60,900 m2) of office space. It also has two levels of underground parking and a large plaza. About 400,000 sq ft (37,000 m2) of the building is leased to the major tenant JPMorgan Chase. This is one out of several new highrise projects completed or under construction on Mission Street since 2000.

  The World Financial Center is a complex of buildings across West Street from the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan in New York City, overlooking the Hudson River. This complex is home to offices of companies including Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets, Nomura Group, the Wall Street Journal, American Express, Dow Jones and others. The entire complex is owned by Brookfield Properties, except for the space occupied by American Express (which American Express owns). The complex also serves as the corporate headquarters for Brookfield Properties, which has its headquarters in Tower Three.

  The Torre de Cristal (Spanish for Tower of Glass) is a skyscraper in the Cuatro Torres Business Area in Madrid (Spain), completed in 2008. With a final height of 249.5 metres, it ranks as the second tallest building in the country after neighbouring Torre Caja Madrid. In April 2007, its structure surpassed the height of neighbouring Torre Espacio, for a while becoming the tallest building and structure in Spain.

  The Cira Centre is a 29-story, 437-foot (133 m) office high-rise in the University City district of West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Developed by Brandywine Realty Trust and designed by César Pelli, the Cira Centre sits across the street from Amtrak's 30th Street Station. The skyscraper was built on a platform over rail tracks in an area that had seen numerous development plans that had never produced anything. Brandywine Realty Trust announced its plans for the skyscraper in May 2002 with construction beginning in 2004. Construction of the skyscraper was controversial because of its location in a Keystone Opportunity Improvement Zone (KOZ). A KOZ is designed to encourage development in poor and blighted areas by exempting the tenants of the building from almost all state and local taxes. The Cira Centre was accused of cannibalizing Philadelphia's other office skyscrapers, by attracting businesses already in the city such as Dechert LLP. However, not all tenants came from within Philadelphia. One of these tenants included Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA) which moved to the city and made the Cira Centre its North American headquarters. The Cira Centre was completed in 2005.

  South Station Tower is a proposed skyscraper intended for construction in Boston, Massachusetts. The tower by design would rise 621 feet (189 m), with 41 floors and consist of a hotel, condominium units, office space, and a parking structure. It would be built atop Boston's historic South Station complex, an example of "transit-oriented development." The property was developed by Hines Interests and TUDC, a subsidiary of Tufts University.
